Class Summary

BDialect	The dialect class provides a common location for loading language resources from specific or global resources bundles.
BDialectPreferences	The dialog panel allows the user to change languages on the fly at any time.
BLocale	This version of Locale simply allows us to the toString() method to return the display name rather than the codes.
BString	The BString is a locale sensitive version of the normal Java String.
